In order to realize the informatization and wisdom of urban bridge management, Wuhan Chengyun Group Company has created a intelligent management platform for large-scale Bridges across the river, which covers 14 Bridges under the jurisdiction of Chengyun Group Company, including 7 Bridges across the Yangtze River and 7 Bridges across the Han River. The system adopts cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to realize the intelligent management of the city and the scope of the bridge cluster, to realize the information and automation of the comprehensive archives, inspection and maintenance of all the cross-river Bridges under the jurisdiction of the City Yun Group Company, and the safety monitoring of key Bridges, and to improve the level of bridge safety operation service.
Explore a new intelligent inspection mode that integrates water, land and air
On the basis of establishing the 3D bridge model, the UAV inspection team presets 27 inspection routes for Qingchuan Bridge, Yuehu Bridge, Zhiyin Bridge and Changfeng Bridge, and forms route files for inspection personnel to call at any time; In 2022, 92 scheduled route patrols will be completed, with 7,013 valid aerial photos totaling 6.4G image data. It can complete 4K high-definition scanning of the deck, upstream and downstream bridge edges, main tower, steel arch (or cable) of a Hanjiang River bridge within 1.5 hours; The top of the bridge tower, the top of the steel arch and other parts that are difficult to reach by personnel can be inspected by UAV at any time; Bridge cables, which previously had to be checked using high-tech equipment, can be easily solved using drones.
The bridge inspection mode using UAV is a supplement and extension to the existing bridge inspection methods. The inspection contents include bridge cracks, main cable sheathing, anchor tie, pier protection erosion, bridge surface coiling, coating layer falling off, road garbage, bridge signal lamps and so on.
The use of UAV for bridge inspection expands the scope of inspection, improves work efficiency, reduces inspection costs, and reduces personnel risks. The inspection results are saved in high-definition pictures, so that the generation and development of bridge diseases can be reproduced and traced.

The operation of transformer high-voltage equipment adopts the "five-guard" control system.
