From April 24th to 26th, the Second Wuhan State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Embracing High-tech Enterprises Conference and State-owned Assets Innovation Ecology Application Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Exhibition"), hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Wuhan and the Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, was held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. This exhibition was held in conjunction with the 6th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo and Forum. It will give full play to the advantages of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, such as large-scale demand, complete industrial supporting facilities, and numerous application scenarios, comprehensively sort out and display the scientific and technological innovation application scenarios of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in Wuhan. The state-owned assets system will be used as a test field for new technologies and products, connecting with outstanding high-tech enterprises across the country from the demand side, stimulating them to launch new business forms, new models, new services, and new technologies, and providing support for Wuhan to build a science and technology innovation highland with national influence.

Enterprise Introduction

Wuhan Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Investment Holding Group") was formed through two rounds of restructuring and integration of three municipal enterprises: the former Wuhan State-owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd., Wuhan Commerce State-owned Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Industrial Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. After the restructuring, Wuhan Investment Holding Group is positioned as the only state-owned capital investment and operation company in the city. It plays the functions of the state-owned equity holding entity and the state-owned capital operation platform, and constructs a new development pattern of state-owned capital investment and operation that is based on the real industry, takes capital operation as the core, uses fund investment as a means, and relies on modern services.

The current assets of Wuhan Investment Holding Group are mainly distributed in six business areas: commerce and logistics, advanced manufacturing, digital economy, fund investment, asset management, and modern services. It holds shares in three listed companies, namely Huagong Technology, Wushang Group, and Zhongbai Group, and has equity participation in 10 listed companies (Tianfeng Securities, Easyhome, Mayinglong, Baichuan Energy, ST Mingcheng, BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., FiberHome Mobile Communication Co., Ltd., Hanbo Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., Xianglong Electric Power Co., Ltd., and Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd.), with an asset securitization rate of over 50%. It owns approximately 10 million square meters of existing housing and land assets. Among them, there are more than 300 housing properties with a total area of nearly 2.2 million square meters, and the total land area is 7.8 million square meters. By the end of 2024, the group's total assets amounted to 136 billion yuan, achieving an operating income of 48.9 billion yuan and a total profit of 500 million yuan.

01 New Product: The Fifth-generation Intelligent Three-dimensional Five-axis Laser Cutting Equipment

In 2024, it won the title of "National-level Single Champion Product in Manufacturing" awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This equipment is applied to the three-dimensional processing and high-precision cutting of special-shaped parts such as automotive hot-formed parts, metal curved surfaces, and pipe fittings. It has high processing precision and fast speed, moving smoothly and forming at one time. In a three-dimensional space, it can handle cutting at almost any angle. The fifth-generation intelligent three-dimensional five-axis laser cutting equipment equipped with a brand-new intelligent interaction system innovates the intelligent manufacturing experience from both the front-end and back-end cooperation. By applying the digital human "Laser Jun" and integrating dialogue interaction technology, an intelligent interaction system is created. The latest developed AI technology connects the entire process of "sales, teaching, use, adjustment, and maintenance" of intelligent equipment. The key core components of this equipment have achieved 100% localization, representing the highest technical level of global laser numerical control machine tools at present. The product's market share has ranked first in China for three consecutive years and is among the top three globally.

02 New Application: Wuhan Urban Safety Risk Monitoring and Early Warning Platform

The Wuhan Urban Safety Risk Monitoring and Early Warning Platform is an important application achievement of the urban digital twin operating system. The platform makes full use of the data resource coordination and scheduling capabilities of the operating system, fully encapsulates basic data such as urban models, the "One Standard, Three Realities" data, and urban components, dynamically aggregates multi-dimensional perception and monitoring data from sensors, cameras, GPS modules, business platforms, citizen hotlines, and online public opinions, and synchronizes in real time the data from the self-owned industry supervision platforms of various risk supervision departments, forming an urban safety risk monitoring and early warning system based on full-volume data intelligence and coordinated and linked by multiple departments. In the digital twin environment, the functions of full-process closed-loop management for the perception, monitoring, analysis, early warning, handling, and evaluation of urban safety risks are developed, forming a system connection that horizontally coordinates various commissions, offices, and bureaus and vertically penetrates social governance units at all levels. It strengthens the "one-network unified management" of urban operation and management and promotes the refinement and efficiency of social governance.

03 New Scenario: "Data Cockpit Empowers Smart Business Districts"

The big data visualization system of Wushang Group integrates more than 70 applications, including smart security, energy consumption management, parking, payment, passenger flow, wayfinding, prevention of off-book transactions, and member management. Through big data technology, it connects various business operation systems, providing real-time data analysis for merchants, property management, customers, and operators, which not only improves management efficiency but also promotes cross-industry cooperation. Among them, the data cockpit integrates the data of the MIS business operation system, member system, parking lot system, and passenger flow system. After cleaning and calculating these data, it can present the overall operation situation of the business district in real time.
