From May 30 to June 1, 2024, the fifth Smart City and Smart Construction Industry Expo and Forum will be held in Wuhan International Expo Center, which gathers the top wisdom and innovation strength of the industry event, will bring the latest industry-related achievements and trends to the public.

This expo will present an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters and set up three theme venues, focusing on the core issues of smart city and smart construction. The event will attract participants from 13 provinces and cities across the country, covering the latest developments in 17 cities and states, with the joint support of 27 associations, and is honored to invite more than 10 academicians to participate, as well as more than 300 industry leading enterprises to participate.

Wuhan Tianshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. belongs to Wuhan Chengtou Real Estate Group. It is the only state-owned enterprise in Hubei Province with "double Grade 1" qualification for general contracting of construction and general contracting of cultural relics protection projects. Since its establishment more than 20 years ago, it has undertaken the renovation of more than 360 well-known historic buildings such as Yellow Crane Tower, Jianghan Pass and Tanhualin. It has established a demonstration cultural security renovation innovation studio in Wuhan, and has been awarded as an innovative small and medium-sized Enterprise in Hubei Province, a national high-tech enterprise, and a "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprise in Hubei Province.

Guqin Terrace, a cultural relic protection unit in Hubei Province, rebuilt during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, is now located at No. 10 Qintai Avenue, Hanyang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Guqin Terrace faces Guishan in the east and Yuehu Lake in the north. It is one of the famous musical cultural monuments in China. Boyatai complex covers an area of about 15 mu, in addition to the main building of the hall, there are courtyards, forest gardens, flower beds, tea rooms and other space layout, the overall planning is exquisite, well structured.

In 2002, Tianshi Company carried out protective repairs on it; In 2023, it will carry out systematic repair, protection and improvement work again.

Ba Gong House, a cultural relic protection unit in Hubei Province, was built at the beginning of the last century and is now located at No. 74-86, Poyang Street, Jiangan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. The house was funded by the former Tsarist Russian noble "bus" J.K. Banov and "minibus" Zino Banov brothers, designed by Jingming Foreign Firm, "Bus house" was built in 1910, "Minibus house" was completed after the "bus house". Bagong House follows the terrain, forming a triangular enclosed patio and a hexagonal enclosed patio. Its overall shape forms a unique "five forks" with Dongting Street, Poyang Street and Lihuangpi Road, fully demonstrating the flexible design characteristics of Jingming Group, and the overall architectural style is eclectic.

The site of the Eighth Seventh Conference, the national key cultural relics protection unit, was founded in 1920, and is now located in No.139, Poyang Street, Jiangan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. On August 7, 1927, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held an emergency meeting in Hankou, known as the "August 7 Conference". The site of the August 7th Conference is an important carrier to record this historical event, witnessing the first great turning point in the history of the Communist Party of China, and playing an important role in the education of party history, patriotism and revolutionary tradition. In August 1978, the site of the conference was officially opened to the public.
