[Recommendation of Exhibitors for the State-owned Assets Innovation Ecology Application Exhibition]

From April 24th to 26th, the Second Wuhan State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Embracing High-tech Enterprises Conference and State-owned Assets Innovation Ecology Application Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition), hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Wuhan Municipal People's Government and Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, was held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. This exhibition was jointly held with the 6th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo and Forum. It will give full play to the advantages of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, such as large-scale demand, complete industrial supporting facilities, and numerous application scenarios. It will comprehensively sort out and display the scientific and technological innovation application scenarios of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in Wuhan. The state-owned assets system will be used as a testing ground for new technologies and products, connecting with excellent high-tech enterprises across the country from the demand side, stimulating them to launch new business forms, new models, new services, and new technologies, and providing support for Wuhan to build a scientific and technological innovation highland with national influence.


Enterprise Introduction


Wuhan Urban Construction Group is a leading municipal enterprise established in September 2020 with the approval of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. Exhibition Highlights


01 Prefabricated Concrete Sandwich Insulated Exterior Hanging Wall Panels with Inverted Stone Paving


The exterior hanging wall panels integrate functions such as enclosure, fire prevention, thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, and decoration. They are produced according to industrialized standards and constructed by dry hanging. Compared with the traditional masonry construction method, in terms of construction technology, it reduces wet operations such as plastering, pasting insulation boards, and painting. In terms of thermal insulation performance, it is 2-3 times the thickness of the traditional exterior wall insulation layer, which mainly solves the quality problems of the traditional exterior wall insulation layer, such as easy detachment and inability to have the same service life as the building. In terms of exterior wall waterproofing, multi-level waterproof treatment is adopted for the horizontal and vertical joints. In terms of construction period, it can save 1 to 3 months of the construction period. This product has been successfully applied to the comprehensive building of the Fourth Military Retired Cadres Center in Wuhan. This project has been rated as a municipal-level demonstration project of prefabricated buildings, won the provincial construction method and the first-class achievement of provincial QC in 2024, and applied for 2 invention patents.

02 Prefabricated Flue Out of the Roof


This product uses prefabricated PC components in the factory. Through precise positioning, it is installed at the position of the inverted sill of the reserved flue well on the roof and fixed and installed by the mortar seating method, completely replacing the traditional on-site masonry construction process. This system has the following significant advantages: Using standardized prefabricated components, the installation process is simple and fast, greatly improving the construction efficiency. Factory production ensures accurate component dimensions, stable quality, and excellent molding effect. The prefabricated construction method can significantly shorten the construction period, and the entire installation process only takes 5 minutes. By optimizing the construction process and reducing material waste, it can greatly reduce the comprehensive cost. This product is suitable for the construction of roof smoke exhaust systems of various buildings and has been successfully applied in multiple engineering projects.

03 UHPC Thin Laminated Slab


Made of high-performance concrete materials, the thickness of the laminated slab is only 15mm, and the self-weight of the component is light. Compared with traditional laminated slab projects, it reduces the maximum lifting load of the tower crane and saves equipment rental costs. The thickness of the whole structural slab can be 100mm. Compared with the traditional laminated slab of 130mm, it reduces the material costs of concrete, steel bars, etc., and increases the net height of the floor. There are no protruding rebars on the side of the slab, which greatly simplifies the on-site construction and shortens the construction period.

04 ZBD50T Folding Arm Crane


Meticulously constructing the first vertical opening bridge in Central China - the Right Bank Avenue Opening Bridge, empowering municipal engineering with technology. Facing the challenge of installing the tower crown drum (with a maximum weight of 39.2 tons, a height of 43 meters, and a translation of 8.1 meters), the project team developed the first foldable crane in China. This equipment adopts a double-track beam folding structure and is equipped with a "three-in-one" control system. The cart mechanism, the lifting trolley, and the main hoisting system cooperate to achieve millimeter-level hoisting accuracy. The track beam can be folded by 90 degrees horizontally, and it can be unfolded during operation and stored in the tower crown when not in operation, breaking through the spatial limit and setting a new benchmark for "intelligent construction".

05 "Manneng Charging" Intelligent Charging SaaS Platform


As the core carrier of the intelligent energy service of Wuhan Urban Construction Group, this platform has carefully constructed a four-in-one operation matrix of "platform, charging station, hardware, and data". Its business scope covers multiple fields such as new energy vehicle charging and parking reservation, comprehensively meeting the diverse needs of urban travel and energy replenishment.
Currently, the number of registered users of this platform has reached 110,000, the number of service person-times has reached 1.36 million, the cumulative power consumption for charging has reached 32 million kilowatt-hours, the scale of access stations has reached 59 stations with 718 charging guns, covering 6 urban areas, and nearly 20 operating enterprises have been accessed, forming an efficient and convenient energy service network. The platform's data set successfully obtained the data resource registration certificate and data intellectual property registration certificate in 2024, creating the first "double registration" data set in Hubei Province and setting a new benchmark for data standardization and innovative application in the industry.

06 A New Excellent Variety of Platanus with Late Blooming and Few Fruits


Aiming to alleviate the problem of Platanus floss, in cooperation with the research group of Professor Bao Manzhu from Huazhong Agricultural University, a new variety of Platanus with late blooming and few fruits has been developed and selected, fundamentally improving its genetic characteristics and effectively improving the urban living environment. At the same time, a technical system for cutting, grafting, and maintenance management of the new variety has been developed to make the new variety better adapt to nursery production. A standardized technical system for the application of Platanus engineering seedlings in production has been established. Centered on Wuhan, it is promoted through landscaping engineering projects, opening up the market for the new variety of Platanus with late blooming and few fruits and generating certain economic, social, and environmental benefits.

07 Movable Container Flowering Plants with the Effect of "Instant Landscape upon Placement"


To break the barrier of flower enthusiasts enjoying flowers only at fixed locations and to make various hard-surfaced areas such as shopping malls and roads bloom all year round, creating a beautiful urban living scene and promoting the development of the flower appreciation economy in Wuhan, since 2021, Wuhan Garden Ecology Group Nursery Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to cultivation and has adopted various innovative measures to continuously explore different cultivation methods and application models for containerized flowers and trees. Currently, it has over 400 mu of large-scale container flower cultivation bases, and is constantly cultivating containerized small and medium-sized flowering trees with a trunk diameter of more than 13 centimeters throughout the year. The base now has over ten varieties of large-sized containerized flowers and trees, including plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, flowering crabapples, weeping crabapples, shaped crape myrtles, osmanthus, red maples, and Japanese maples, maintaining high-quality full production all year round to meet the market's seasonal demands.

08 Molding Technology and Products of Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Composites


Through the integrated process technology of compression molding + injection molding, CFRT materials (such as glass fiber and carbon fiber) can be quickly molded and processed, with a short molding cycle, low cost, high degree of automation of the production line, and stable product quality. It can realize the manufacturing of the periphery of new energy containers, as well as the lightweight, recyclable, and cost-reducing process alternative solutions for products such as automotive and aircraft components. Currently, this process has been applied in the mass production of new building formwork shells, formwork products, and other fields.
