From April 24th to 26th, the Second Wuhan State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Embracing High-tech Enterprises Conference and State-owned Assets Innovation Ecology Application Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition), hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Wuhan Municipal People's Government and Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, was held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. This exhibition was jointly held with the 6th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo and Forum. It will give full play to the advantages of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, such as large-scale demand, complete industrial supporting facilities, and numerous application scenarios. It will comprehensively sort out and display the scientific and technological innovation application scenarios of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in Wuhan. The state-owned assets system will be used as a testing ground for new technologies and products, connecting with excellent high-tech enterprises across the country from the demand side, stimulating them to launch new business forms, new models, new services, and new technologies, and providing support for Wuhan to build a scientific and technological innovation highland with national influence.

Enterprise Introduction

Wuhan Public Transport has a history dating back to 1929. In April 2003, the Wuhan Public Transport Group was officially established. It has 12 secondary branches, 4 secondary wholly-owned subsidiaries, and 1 secondary holding company, with a registered capital of 687 million yuan. It owns 179 various public transport stations, covering an area of about 2,300 mu. There are currently 19,708 employees; 7,705 buses, 21 tramcars, 1,346 taxis, and new energy vehicles account for 85.20% of the total; there are 591 operating routes. The route length is 9,546 kilometers, the network length is 2,955 kilometers, and the average daily passenger flow is about 1.7 million person-times; safety production fully meets the standards, and the satisfaction rate of the double evaluation reaches over 99.95%.

Under the strategic guidance of the municipal Party committee and government to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises, the Wuhan Public Transport Group fully launched the Smart Public Transport Construction Project in 2023. By creating five core systems, namely the "Data Middle Platform", "Route Network Optimization Auxiliary Decision-making", "Simulation Analysis and Intelligent Scheduling", "Smart Public Transport Operation Supervision System", and "Safety Management System", a digital management and control system covering the entire operation process has been established, marking the full opening of a new era of digital transformation for Wuhan Public Transport.

02 The Public Transport Big Model Leads the Future

Relying on the Wuhan Public Transport Data Middle Platform, the Wuhan Public Transport Big Model and Intelligent Agent are being built. Through knowledge training, visual training, and scenario training, a professional public transport knowledge base is established, and public transport expert models are accumulated. With the application of professional public transport intelligent agents, real-time monitoring and accurate analysis of resources such as people, vehicles, roads, stations, and stops are fully realized. The traditional business interaction mode is changed, and intelligent business assistance, dynamic management suggestions, scientific decision-making support are achieved, realizing intelligent scenarios and applications in the public transport industry.

Wuhan Huazhong Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. is an equity participating enterprise under the Wuhan Public Transport Group. It is one of the earliest authorized factories of the world's leading brand of retreaded tires, "bandag", in the Chinese region. It is the fifth batch of enterprises that meet the "Access Conditions for the Comprehensive Utilization Industry of Waste Tires" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is currently the vice president unit of the China Tire Recycling and Utilization Association. "Exquisite Work Builds the Brand, and Service Contributes Value" is the unswerving business philosophy of Huazhong Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. The company's complete production line, various process technologies, and all materials used in processing are all imported from Bandag. After nearly 30 years of persistent pursuit, Wuhan Huazhong Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. has become a demonstration enterprise in the retreading industry awarded by the China Tire Recycling and Utilization Association. With ten complete technological processes, waste tires are turned into reusable new resources.
