Exhibition hall introduction

Wuhan International Expo Center is a key project of Hubei Province and Wuhan City, and is the "bow point" for the development and construction of Wuhan Four New Districts. The project covers an area of 6,253 acres, with a total investment of 50 billion yuan, including the first phase exhibition hall, the second phase International conference Center, intercontinental Hotel, Holiday Inn, Han Hall, Global (cultural) Center, super high-rise office buildings, commercial real estate development, landscape water system, ecological residential areas, etc., with exhibition and display as the leading function. Exhibition, science and technology, culture, business, leisure, tourism, living in one of the multi-functional international expo city. The project is located in the Linjiang section of the Second Ring Road in Wuhan City, and can be called "Changting Exhibition Hall". The Yangtze River waterfront reaches 2.7 kilometers, occupying the largest riverside plot in Wuhan. The area is planned to have "four vertical and five horizontal" main transportation lines, through which subway lines 6 and 11 pass, with convenient transportation and 15 minutes' drive from the central city. Wuhan International Expo Center will continue to improve the city's exhibition function, to help the city's development as its own responsibility, pointing to the rapid development of Wuhan's convention and exhibition industry, to achieve the Yangtze River economic belt "city exhibition hall".

The exhibition hall of Wuhan International Expo Center was put into use in 2011, with a total construction area of about 457,000 square meters, an indoor exhibition area of 150,000 square meters, and an outdoor exhibition area of 40,000 square meters, which can provide about 6880 international standard booths. The interior of the exhibition hall adopts a column-free design, and the indoor net height is 17.5 meters. The maximum continuous exhibition area can be provided by 65,000 square meters. As a leading and world-class exhibition venue and the largest comprehensive expo city in Central China, it can undertake large-scale international and domestic exhibitions, conferences and activities.
