Wuhan Urban Development Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Urban Development Group") was established in December 2022, by the former Wuhan Ecological Environment Investment and Development Group, the former Wuhan Traffic Engineering Construction Investment Group, as the municipal government of the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to fulfill the responsibilities of investors, the registered capital of 10 billion yuan, the total assets of more than 250 billion yuan. With more than 7,000 registered employees, it is one of the four major platform enterprises in the city.

Qingshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge is one of the control projects of Wuhan Fourth Ring Line, which is a river crossing connecting the eastern and northern sections of the Fourth Ring Line. The main bridge of the bridge is a double-tower cable-stayed bridge with "long span, ultra-wide and heavy load". First, the bridge has a large span, with a main span of 938m, ranking the fourth in China and the fifth in the world among similar Bridges that have been built. It is the world's largest span steel box and steel-box combined beam cable-stayed bridge, and also the world's largest span full floating system cable-stayed bridge. Second, the bridge deck is wide. The main bridge is 48m wide, which is the widest bridge on the Yangtze River among Bridges that have been opened to traffic. The third is the heavy load of the bridge deck, which is a river crossing channel for heavy traffic of the four-ring line.

Based on the 100-year plan, adhering to the world vision, highlighting the "two rivers and four banks" resource endowment and riverside characteristics, "connecting breakpoints, filling empty points, and enhancing highlights", the planning scope covers 284 kilometers of the Yangtze River bank and 112 kilometers of the Han River bank, and building the Wuhan hundred-mile Yangtze River ecological corridor integrating the spatial pattern of "two rivers, hundred-mile corridors, 20 views, and multiple nodes".
Firmly grasp the strategic basis of "jointly grasping big protection and not engaging in big development", build flood control shoreline, living shoreline, transportation shoreline, ecological shoreline, landscape shoreline and industrial economy shoreline, realize the organic integration of "water, bank, beach, city and people", and strive to build a world-class waterfront city core corridor.

Wuhan Qianzishan circular economy Industrial Park
It is the first circular economy industrial park for solid waste disposal in Wuhan and the largest comprehensive park for solid waste disposal in Central China. With a total investment of about 5.6 billion yuan, the park mainly constructs six solid waste treatment projects, including domestic waste incineration and power generation, construction waste treatment, organic waste treatment, municipal sludge treatment, industrial hazardous waste treatment and medical treatment. The annual solid waste treatment capacity exceeds 2 million tons. And equipped with sewage and leachate treatment plant, safe landfill area, comprehensive management service center and other supporting facilities, is currently the most complete type of solid waste treatment of the country's three major circular economy industrial park.

Digital power makes worksites' smart '
With the vision of digital transformation to help enterprises develop with high quality, and with the goal of "intelligent construction and intelligent management", the Group officially launched the construction of the municipal Hui Cloud platform in 2019. To build a platform architecture system with the advanced microservice technology architecture of "big background, small front end and rich ecology", that is, to create a "big background" with efficient and intelligent characteristics of information sharing, resource integration coordination, research and development of lightweight and intelligent applications, so that front-line employees can improve the fine management level and efficiency of the "small front end", and establish a "rich ecology" of the enterprise's own digital circle. At present, a total of 29 related software Copyrights, 1 invention patent, 5 utility model patents, 1 trademark registration. System documents such as "Star Construction Standards for Smart Site of Municipal Group", "Technical Specifications for Smart Site" and "Management Measures for Smart Site" have been compiled and released. Using BIM, AIOT, big data, cloud computing and other information technologies, the municipal Hui Cloud platform has been connected to more than 50 key projects under construction by group companies, and gradually realize the intelligent construction management and control system.
