From April 24th to 26th, the 6th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Double Smart Expo") and High-end Forum, hosted by Wuhan Urban Construction Investment and Development Group Co., LTD., will be held at Wuhan International Expo Center. The exhibition will focus on the latest developments and innovative achievements in the smart city and intelligent construction industry, promoting mutual learning and exchange, on-site communication, and common development within the industry, and better serving the high-quality development, efficient governance, and high-quality life of cities.

Since its first establishment in 2019, the Double Intelligence Expo has been successfully held for five sessions. This year's Double Intelligence Expo has been upgraded once again. It is a larger-scale and more influential industry event since its inception. It will present an exhibition area of 60,000 square meters, with over 100 industry leaders gathering together. It is expected that the number of professional visitors will reach 20,000.

01 Immersive experience virtual construction

By integrating AR glasses with BIM models, real-time viewing and interaction of the 3D model of Linglong Tower in the Chenhu Project can be achieved, helping workers better understand the design intent and construction requirements and improving construction efficiency. Workers can scan the QR code to view information such as the construction sequence and material parameters, significantly improving the efficiency of drawing reading.

Seamlessly integrate virtual models with on-site real scenes to guide workers in installing centimeter-level components and increase the success rate of one-time installation.

AR glasses can automatically check the construction quality through the computer vision system, such as dimensional deviations and installation accuracy. Quality visual pre-acceptance can be conducted in advance before the project is delivered.

02 Automatic floor tile laying robot

The "Floor Tile Laying Robot P900" on display this time is an automated robot designed for thin indoor floor tile laying. It adopts multiple technical methods such as laser SLAM navigation, global elevation level positioning system for floor tiles, visual measurement and positioning system for floor tile edge joints, four-point distributed vibration system, and precise adhesive laying system to achieve automatic walking and precise laying operations. It is widely applied in residential buildings, high-speed railway stations, airports, office buildings, schools and other scenarios. It was once rated as a high-tech product in Guangdong Province, and its robot technology achievements were recognized as having reached an overall international advanced level. The floor tile laying robot P900 has carried out corresponding cooperation with many central and state-owned enterprises in China. Meanwhile, it has achieved product sales in the United States, France, Singapore and other places, and has been fully recognized by customers. The projects that have been carried out by the floor tile laying robot include Terminal 3 of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Shitan in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, and Boyuewan in Foshan, with a cumulative construction area of over 50,000 square meters.

03 Fully automatic concrete test block strength Testing machine

The fully automatic concrete test block strength testing machine realizes the automatic operation of the processes such as sample taking from the sample rack, sending samples to the center of the flexural fixture, bending the samples, and recovering the samples after the test, which greatly improves the work efficiency. The equipment is safe and reliable as a whole and has an automatic alarm and prompt function for abnormal situations.
