With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, more and more families have chosen floor heating, which is more comfortable for heating. However, the current pain points of floor heating, such as high usage costs and difficult installation, have deterred many families. Therefore, at present, water floor heating and electric floor heating are standard equipment for wealthy families.

I. The Concept of Heaven Fluoride and Earth Fluoride:

The outdoor unit is connected to the indoor unit in the ceiling through copper pipes, and is connected to the capillary network in the ground through copper pipes and floor heating adapters. Both the upper and lower pipes are filled with Freon. When cooling, the refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat in the indoor unit, and the cooling is achieved through convection heat exchange by the fan. When heating, the high-temperature refrigerant is sent into the capillary network through the floor heating converter, and the temperature rises through radiation, achieving rapid heating of the floor heating.

Because its floor heating uses Freon, it is also called waterless floor heating. It has the comfort of traditional water floor heating, and in addition, it has the characteristics of fast heating speed and greater energy efficiency.

Ii. Characteristics of Fluorine Floor Heating

The capillary network of the ground fluorine floor heating system is made by processing φ2.5mm or φ4mm capillary tubes through a special technique. The metal tubes (stainless steel tubes or copper tubes) are closely bonded with heat-conducting materials to increase the heat exchange area.

Direct heat exchange: The heat medium transfers heat directly to the floor, reducing heat exchange loss compared to traditional water floor heating.

Surface heat exchange: The fluorine floor heating system adopts a surface heat exchange structure, which increases the heat exchange area. The heat exchange area is 3.3 times that of a single fluorine tube. Transform linear heat transfer into surface heat transfer.

Low-resistance flow channel: The ground fluorine floor heating adopts a parallel pipeline design, which is short and numerous. Each single pipe is designed with a straight pipe structure, reducing the resistance of the refrigerant and lowering the operating load of the compressor, thereby achieving energy-saving effects.
