China Construction International Investment (Hubei) Co., Ltd. belongs to China Construction International Group (stock code: 03311.HK, abbreviated as China Construction International). China Construction International was established in Hong Kong in 1979. It is a large central construction enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and a listed company of China Construction Group Co., Ltd., one of the world's top 500 companies. Its main businesses are construction in Hong Kong and Macao, infrastructure investment and construction in the Mainland, affordable housing investment and construction, industrial park development, urban renewal and intelligent construction -MiC technology, photovoltaic building integration (BIPV) and other fields, and it has strong industrial import and comprehensive urban operation capabilities. At present, China Construction International Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Construction International Investment"), an international investment platform for China's construction industry, covers more than 20 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government and 88 cities, with an investment of more than 600 billion RMB in the mainland.

-MiC technology (modular integrated building technology), an intelligent building innovatively developed by China Architecture International, is a new green construction method that divides the building into several modules in the design stage, then carries out high-standard industrial prefabrication (including decoration and equipment installation) on the modules, and finally transports them to the construction site to be embedded into a complete building, thus truly realizing "building a house like building a car". Intelligent Building -MiC technology has four advantages: high efficiency, high quality, green and low carbon, and saving materials and labor. It can shorten the construction period by 60%, reduce on-site labor by 70% and reduce carbon emissions by 67%. It has been successfully applied to 116 projects in China, with a total construction area of 5.67 million ㎡ and 130,000 MiC modules. The demolition and original construction projects of old residential areas in Beijing, Shanghai and other places can complete the capping of the main structure of the building in 46 days, which is highly recognized by the national leaders and is the core weapon for urban renewal and good house construction.

China Architecture International has deepened the "eight tasks" of urban renewal and strengthened the transformation and utilization of existing buildings. We will promote the renovation of old urban communities, carry out complete community construction, promote the renovation of old neighborhoods, old factories and villages in the city, improve urban functions, strengthen the construction and transformation of urban infrastructure, repair urban ecosystems, and protect and inherit urban history and culture.
