On April 24th, the 3rd Wuhan State-owned and State-owned Enterprises Embracing High-tech Enterprises Conference was held in the Hanting Hall of Wuhan Guobo Center.

The conference was jointly sponsored by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Wuhan Municipal People's Government, Wuhan Development and Reform Commission, Wuhan Economic and Information Bureau, Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and Wuhan Data Bureau. As one of the important activities of the 7th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo, the theme of the conference is "Open Integration, Create the Future Together", which brings together municipal state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises, research institutes in universities, think tanks and financial institutions, aiming at deepening cooperation and jointly promoting the high-quality development of the city.

Thoughts meet and talk about the frontier of development

In the keynote session, six representatives from state-owned enterprises in Wuhan shared their practice and forward-looking thinking in their respective fields:

Deng Kai, general manager of the corporate banking department of Hankou Bank Head Office, introduced the concept of "four full supports" to revitalize the city; Huang Ge, a senior engineer of Wuhan Environmental Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., shared the practical exploration of Qianzishan Circular Economy Industrial Park in smart energy carbon management; Zhou Cheng, general manager of Wuhan Huayu Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and director and general manager of China Transportation Industry Holdings (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., described the planning blueprint of the new energy vehicle theme park and low-carbon economic trading center of the bus group; Wang Yifan, chief engineer of Wuhan Sanzhen Industrial Holding Co., Ltd. and chairman of Wuhan Water Environment Technology Co., Ltd., analyzed the practical application of the integrated AI monitoring platform of Star, Earth and Water in various scenarios; Li Yidan, senior project manager of Information and Innovation Research Center of Wuhan Survey and Design Co., Ltd., focuses on the systematic role of digital technology in urban construction engineering monitoring and control; Sheng Yi, secretary and chairman of the Party branch of Wuhan Institute of Production and Research Management Co., Ltd. and chairman of Wuhan Wuchuangtong Technology Service Co., Ltd., made a key introduction to Wuhan artificial intelligence OPC open community and Mars modeling community.

Scene release, clear cooperation path

As the "ballast stone" of urban development, Wuhan State-owned State-owned Enterprises released the "List of Application Scenarios and Innovation Capability of Wuhan State-owned State-owned Enterprises in 2026" on the spot. The list focuses on key areas such as urban renewal, smart energy, low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, water economy, Beidou application, etc. A total of 116 open application scenarios and 94 innovation capabilities have been released, systematically combing the actual needs and collaborative opportunities, and providing high-tech enterprises with a clear cooperation "research map".

Accurate docking to promote the matching between supply and demand

In order to speed up the accurate matching of supply and demand and accelerate the cooperation to achieve practical results, the conference specially set up a special negotiation area for supply and demand docking. Twelve municipal state-owned enterprises, including Municipal Financial Control Group, Chengtou Group, Urban Construction Group, Metro Group, Investment Control Group, Chengfa Group, Wenlv Group, Agricultural Group, Talent Group, Public Transport Group, Hankou Bank and Rural Commercial Bank, arranged special personnel to stay at the site, and had in-depth face-to-face exchanges with representatives of high-tech enterprises. The on-site interaction was warm. Representatives of high-tech enterprises such as Science and Technology Research Institute of Wuhan Raytheon Special Equipment Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Zhongke Yunzhi Technology Co., Ltd. all said that the supply and demand docking platform helps enterprises to "follow the map" and lock cooperation opportunities efficiently and accurately.

The results landed, and the contract was signed in depth

In the signing process, Jiangcheng Industrial Investment Fund (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., Wuhan Yucheng Qianli Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Wuhan Anju Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Wuhan Data Group Co., Ltd. and other municipal state-owned enterprises signed 22 cooperation projects with universities, scientific research institutes and a number of high-tech enterprises, marking that the cooperation between Wuhan state-owned assets and high-tech enterprises is moving towards a new stage of systematic and ecological integration.

The successful convening of this conference marks a new journey of cooperation between state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises in Wuhan, and has condensed a strong "city partner" force for Wuhan to cultivate new quality productivity and build a scientific and technological innovation center with national influence.
