The 7th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo ended successfully
Counting wisdom casts brilliance, and the grand event opens a new journey. On April 26th, the 7th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Shuangzhi Expo") came to a successful conclusion in Wuhan International Expo Center.
As a key industry event in Wuhan and certified by UFI, this year's Shuangzhi Expo is closely related to the development requirements of new quality productivity, based on the frontier of Shuangzhi industry, integrating scientific and technological display, resource docking and international cooperation. It is a vivid practice of Wuhan's strategy of upgrading its industry and serving the country through exhibitions in the first year of the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
The three-day Expo, with the theme of "developing production with wisdom and linking the future", attracted 556 Chinese and foreign enterprises to participate in the exhibition with hard-core achievements, and 100,000 people attended the exhibition. The intentional transaction amount on the spot exceeded 1.8 billion yuan.
This year's Expo showcased new products, new models and new technologies in the field of smart cities and intelligent construction, released 116 application scenarios and 94 innovation capability lists of municipal state-owned enterprises, and contributed to the signing of 22 groups of projects. More than 50 academicians and industry experts, including Wu Zhiqiang, Yang Chun He, Liu Quansheng and Yuan Yunbin, made suggestions for the development of Wuhan's smart city. More than 6,000 people attended the meeting, which injected strong momentum into the high-quality development of related industries in Wuhan and also wrote a new chapter for the construction of China's smart city.

As the core carrier of the exhibition results, this Expo has built six sections, namely, intelligent construction and urban renewal, smart energy carbon, low-altitude economy, Beidou application, artificial intelligence and urban intelligent media. In the Intelligent Building and Urban Renewal Pavilion, many central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and industry leaders gather together. Wuhan Housing Renewal Bureau, Poly Center of Wuhan Natural Resources and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., China Construction International Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., China Communications No.1 Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Metallurgical South Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Hanyang Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Hubei Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd., as the main forces of urban construction, concentrated on displaying the cutting-edge equipment and technology in the field of urban renewal.
Among them, intelligent equipment such as intelligent inspection robot and global sensing pipe network monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of gas, water and other pipe networks, and effectively build a defense line for urban safe operation; At the same time, the display of all kinds of new environmental protection and energy-saving building materials fully adapts to the diversified urban renewal scenes such as the renovation of old residential areas and the upgrading of industrial parks, providing important support for the upgrading of urban functions and sustainable development.
One of the highlights of this Expo, the Smart Energy Carbon Theme Pavilion focuses on the new quality productivity in the energy field, focusing on smart gas, optical hydrogen storage, virtual power plants and other highlights, and shows the achievements of intelligent upgrading of traditional energy and large-scale application of new energy through multi-form systems. Especially in the hydrogen energy demonstration section, the gathering of global hydrogen energy resources not only attracted Korean head hydrogen energy enterprises to participate in the exhibition, but also domestic enterprises concentrated on the core achievements of green hydrogen production, storage and transportation and hydrogen fuel cells. More than 50 leading enterprises concentrated on presenting cutting-edge equipment such as eVTOL and flying cars, and exhibited more than 100 kinds of unmanned aircraft covering industrial, consumer and special applications, which fully presented the diverse ecology and innovation vitality of low-altitude economy. Among them, Tucki Huitian's on-site sales amount exceeded 20 million, and its "land carrier" split flying car has obtained 9 intentional reservations; Yihang Technology's unmanned manned aircraft and VR experience cabin vividly outline the new paradigm of low-altitude travel in the future and promote low-altitude economic and industrial agglomeration.
n addition, the exhibition areas related to Beidou application, artificial intelligence and urban intelligent media are also full of highlights-Beidou Theme Pavilion has created a full-scene ecological exhibition area, and 160 alliance units have brought high-precision chips, "Beidou+"driverless and other achievements, focusing on demonstrating the progress of technology going to sea; Enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen focus on the achievements of AI big model and intelligent content generation technology in OPC and OpenClaw, covering industrial manufacturing, people's livelihood services and other fields, so that digital intelligence technology can be deeply integrated into urban development and daily life.

At the opening ceremony, the preparatory work for "China Wuhan International Academician Innovation Center" was officially launched. Relying on top resources such as CAETS Wuhan Base and Academician Wu Zhiqiang, the center will focus on key industrial chains such as intelligent construction, survey and design, and strive to build a high-end collaborative innovation platform that brings together global wisdom and service industries, and inject cutting-edge ideas and cutting-edge technical kinetic energy into urban development.

At the "2026 World Hydrogen Energy Cooperation Conference" held in the same period, the "Green Low Carbon Research Institute" was officially unveiled, and the "Pilot Platform for Comprehensive Application of Advanced Hydrogen Energy Technology for Inland Waterships" was announced. These two measures aim to focus on the research and development and scene application of hydrogen energy technology, especially to provide key technical support and experimental verification for the strategy of "Hydrogenating the Yangtze River" and promote the high-quality development of green low carbon industries.
