From April 24th to 26th, the Second Wuhan State-owned Assets and Enterprises Embrace High-tech Enterprises Conference and State-owned Assets Innovation Ecosystem Application Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as: the Exhibition) was held at the Wuhan International Expo Center, hosted by the Wuhan Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Wuhan Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Bureau. This exhibition will be held in conjunction with the 6th Smart City and Intelligent Construction Industry Expo and Forum. It will fully leverage the advantages of state-owned assets and enterprises, such as large scale demand, complete industrial support, and diverse application scenarios. It will comprehensively sort out and showcase the scientific and technological innovation application scenarios of Wuhan's state-owned assets and enterprises, take the state-owned assets system as a testing ground for new technologies and new products, and connect outstanding high-tech enterprises across the country from the demand side. Stimulate it to introduce new business forms, new models, new services and new technologies, and provide support for Wuhan to build a scientific and technological innovation highland with national influence.

Enterprise Introduction

In December 2022, the Wuhan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Wuhan Municipal Government, in order to deepen the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises and enhance the construction of transportation infrastructure and ecological environment governance in Wuhan, integrated the Wuhan Ecological Environment Investment and Development Group and the Wuhan Transportation Engineering Construction Investment Group to establish the Wuhan Urban Development Group Co., LTD. (referred to as "Wuhan Urban Development Group").

Wuhan City Development Group is one of the four major urban construction enterprises under the municipal government of Wuhan. With a registered capital of 10 billion yuan and total assets exceeding 300 billion yuan, it has received an AAA main credit rating. It has formed five major business sectors: transportation facilities (expressways), design and construction, ecological governance, comprehensive development of parks, and transportation logistics (low-altitude economy). Its business performance ranks among the top of municipal enterprises. It is one of the few large-scale enterprises in the province and even the country with a professional characteristic research institute and a complete industrial chain.

01 Intelligent Construction

Wuhan Municipal Group has developed an independent and controllable, differentiated and win-win municipal Huiyun platform. Based on the application research of BIM technology, it has connected the business chains of engineering design and construction, establishing an integrated model covering the entire industrial chain including design, production, construction, acceptance and operation. This helps enterprises comprehensively enhance their management and control capabilities, innovation capabilities, risk prevention and control capabilities, and scientific decision-making capabilities. 02 Low-altitude economy

Wuhan Aero Engine Group and industry leader Puzhou Technology have jointly established a low-altitude economic comprehensive service enterprise - Wuhan Hangfei Technology Co., LTD. With the Wuhan air-space-ground Integration project as the core, it is responsible for the deployment of low-altitude infrastructure, the construction of management platforms and the operation of scenarios throughout the city. At present, the company has completed the planning of 400 unmanned aerial vehicle hangars in the first phase and is deeply involved in demonstration applications in multiple fields such as transportation, fire protection, and ecology. In the future, a low-altitude digital infrastructure covering the entire region will be constructed. The collaborative model of "intelligent hangar + unmanned aerial vehicles + management platform" will be continuously optimized to promote the deep integration of low-altitude technology and urban governance, providing more efficient and secure technological support for smart cities.

03 Smart Internet of Things

Wuhan Bishui Group, in collaboration with Xinyunteng Technology Co., LTD., has pioneered a fully domestic intelligent Internet of Things platform and its software and hardware product system based on the "cloud-edge-device" collaborative architecture. With a fully self-developed industrial operating system as the core, it has broken through multiple "bottleneck" technologies in traditional industrial automation and achieved three major innovations: The software and hardware decoupling architecture supports dynamic reconfiguration and integrates over 200 industrial protocol libraries to achieve plug-and-play for devices. ② The visual drag-and-drop development platform integrates industrial configuration, logical control and AI algorithms to achieve zero-code construction of complex systems. ③ Build a closed-loop system of "perception - decision-making - execution", and achieve the integration of all-domain data collection, Internet of Things control and AI analysis through edge-cloud collaboration. This solution has been implemented in multiple scenarios such as smart water management and smart buildings.
