The thrust self-adaptive active control type shield push-and-push synchronization technology takes the thrust vector technology as the core, and is coupled by the shield axis self-adaptive control technology and the shield push-and-push synchronization technology. The former can ensure the axis construction quality, while the latter can improve the shield construction efficiency, and the two technologies can also be used independently.

Application case: The ——14m-class super-large diameter shield of the 3rd bid of the Shanghai regional railway airport connection line is pushed and spliced synchronously for 702m in a single month, and the single-loop operation efficiency is improved by more than 25.0%.

Application case: Wusongkou Yangtze River Tunnel of Shanghai Hutong Railway ——10m-class large-diameter shield tunneled 868m in a single month, and the shield tunneled independently and pushed synchronously for over 100 days without human intervention.

By adopting the technology of shotcrete reinforcement and cobblestone filling, the dual goals of historical features protection and durability improvement are achieved in projects such as No.121 campus of Caobao Road. Follow the requirements of Shanghai Urban Renewal Action Plan, and form a characteristic technical route of "memory retention+functional toughness".

Highlight 3: Shanghai Luqiao

Starting from the needs of the city, Shanghai Road and Bridge actively explores the construction technology of three-dimensional space, tackling the advanced automatic, undrained and suspended assembled shaft technology (SAM technology), and providing more choices for the intensive use of land resources and the realization of sustainable development in the city. Compared with the traditional technology, it has the characteristics of small floor space, short construction period, high safety and stability, and good environmental control. It has been successfully applied to Nanjing UP intelligent parking garage project, Zhuyuan Bailonggang sewage connecting pipe project, Longhua sewage treatment plant initial rainwater storage project, etc., enabling the development and utilization of urban underground space.

Highlight 4: Urban construction investment

The "REIT of Dongfanghong Tunnel Stock Expressway" was initiated by Tunnel Stock Company, the original owner was Shanghai Infrastructure Construction and Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Infrastructure), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tunnel Stock Company, and the underlying asset was "Qianjiang Tunnel Section of Qianjiang Passage and Wiring Project" (Qianjiang Tunnel) located in Zhejiang Province.

The successful issuance of this project has achieved several "first order" breakthroughs:

The first tunnel asset public offering REITs: This project is the first domestic public offering REITs with the cross-river tunnel as the underlying asset, which provides a scarce tunnel asset securitization sample for the market and promotes the continuous enrichment of public offering REITs. 

The first public offering of management rights REITs initiated by state-owned enterprises in Shanghai: This project is the first public offering of management rights REITs initiated by state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, which represents that Shanghai REITs are developing towards more diversified types.

The first public offering of REITs initiated by state-owned enterprises in Shanghai with assets from different places: This project is the first for Shanghai state-owned enterprises to declare public offering of REITs with assets from different places, and highlights the strategic development orientation of tunnel shares "based in Shanghai, radiating the Yangtze River Delta and serving the whole country".

Highlight 5: Urban Construction Design

Shanghai Urban Construction Design Group operates Shanghai Transportation Industry Data Innovation Laboratory. Use AI and big model to build an intelligent decision-making platform for traffic guidance, and build an integrated platform of "perception-decision-execution-feedback" closed-loop urban water system "planning, construction, management and maintenance" to provide demand-responsive smart bus travel service based on artificial intelligence and create a new paradigm of digital life.

Highlight 6: Urban operation

Urban operation has deepened the whole chain service of "construction-management-operation" of comprehensive poles, creating an intensive, safe, intelligent and beautiful new carrier of urban roads, which currently serves 24,670 comprehensive poles in Shanghai.

The project follows one road, one road and one scheme, integrates various facilities such as lighting, transportation, public security, communication and municipal administration, unifies standards and streamlines members. Relying on the intelligent management and maintenance platform, the digital base of "one pole, one file, one box and one file" is established, and the accurate traceability of assets, closed-loop operation and maintenance and high efficiency are realized by road grid and circuit loop management, and the lighting rate and facility integrity rate are kept above 99.93%.

The project innovates AI intelligent inspection technology for comprehensive pole facilities to conduct asset survey, and introduces GPS+ digital twin model to realize technical integration, complete intelligent identification for existing pole equipment, and realize dynamic update of data assets of each pole.

Highlight 7: Shanghai can build

Three scenarios: urban renewal, low-carbon park, and energy integration.

Four product lines: building energy saving, industrial energy saving, light storage and charging, and urban lighting.
