This four-wheel laser leveling robot, after concrete pouring, can use four wheels to slowly move to the paved ground, vibrate the concrete, and accurately control the level of the board through laser infrared ray, and simultaneously carry out high-precision leveling construction on the ground to ensure that the ground flatness meets the control standard. On the one hand, the four-wheel laser leveling robot can reduce the error of manual construction and ensure the construction quality, on the other hand, the machine system uses a battery-driven platform, and its construction efficiency can reach 400-600 square meters/hour, achieving zero carbon emissions in the construction process. As long as the technical personnel simply remote-control the operation, they can manipulate the robot to ride in the concrete of the board structure, achieve the whole plane uniformity, and the overall surface flatness can be accurately controlled within 5 mm.
