This event is sponsored by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Wuhan (hereinafter referred to as the "SASAC") and the Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau. The State-owned Assets Innovation Ecology Application Exhibition will give full play to the advantages of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, such as large-scale demand, complete industrial supporting facilities, and numerous application scenarios. It will comprehensively sort out and display the scientific and technological innovation application scenarios of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in Wuhan, such as "Digital Subway", "Intelligent Bus", "Smart Gas", "Smart Water Affairs", etc. It will use the state-owned assets system as a test field for new technologies and products, connect with outstanding high-tech enterprises across the country from the demand side, and stimulate them to launch new business forms, new models, new services, and new technologies, and then introduce outstanding high-tech enterprises across the country to settle in Wuhan.

At the event site, more than 100 scientific and technological innovation project demands and application scenarios will be released centrally, and scientific and technological innovation enterprises can "answer the challenge" on-site. For example, the scientific and technological innovation scenario demand of Wuhan Urban Construction Investment Group in the field of intelligent construction is to develop a digital platform for the design and construction of underground engineering based on BTM+, and create a demonstration application project of a smart construction site; Wuhan Metro Group will release a scientific and technological innovation project based on new technologies of urban rail transit - a new technology for preventing ice accumulation on the catenary of rail transit, aiming to prevent the catenary from freezing in special weather and ensure the safe operation of urban rail transit in extremely cold weather; Wuhan Culture and Tourism Group will release a smart culture and tourism system and a smart membership system for culture and tourism venues, which is used for the implementation of customized smart culture and tourism projects.

High-tech enterprises will propose technical solutions for specific scenarios of the digital scientific and technological innovation applications of state-owned assets, sign cooperation intentions, provide an implementation path for transforming scientific and technological innovation achievements into productivity in key livelihood fields, fully release the multiplier effect of scientific and technological innovation driving urban development, and provide support for Wuhan to build a science and technology innovation highland with national influence.

Since the first session was held in 2019, the "Two Wisdoms" Expo has been successfully held for five sessions so far. This session of the exhibition has a higher scale and wider influence, presenting an exhibition area of 60,000 square meters. 100 industry experts and about 20,000 professional visitors will participate in the grand event.
